The air-conditioned cottage offers cable TV, radio, wifi, and a private phone.  Being a LEGAL BNB in New Orleans there is no stove, but the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, hot plate, hot skillet, toaster and coffee maker. Who wants to cook while in New Orleans anyway? There is a private hot tub on the back patio. The owner lives on the property and is available to help with any questions or issues.
